Rob Biden, Managing Broker

Rob obtained his Real Estate license in South Africa in 1997, starting and operating his own Real Estate business with 4 offices near Cape Town. He moved to the US in 2010 and immediately became a Managing Broker with John L. Scott, planting his roots firmly in a community he loved, Redmond, WA. Rob's natural ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of clientele is strengthened by his genuine nature and positive outlook along with his passion for travel and experiences living in various countries.

Over the years Rob has won numerous awards, those in South Africa included national “Marketer of the Year”, and national “Franchise of the Year”. Once he settled in Redmond he has continued picking up awards, including beating over 2,500 brokers in an Open House Competition back to back years along with the President's Elite Awards every year since 2013. He has also been recognized by the Seattle Times as a “5 STAR AGENT” from 2013 to date, solidifying himself as a trusted authority on the local market, and his vast experience enables him to sell all types of Real Estate from vacant lots to multi-million dollar homes.
